I need to install Oracle Client on my Macbook to allow ODBC configuration to connect to an Oracle 11g server. The Windows client has a GUI and installed correctly on virtual machine. I am lost at the command line changing directories and pathways when I read Oracle's technet documentation. I began by trying the Instant Client 10.2 but could not install correctly. Can it be done?
